- Content Data includes text, images, brand assets (logos, color palettes), website URLs you authorize us to scrape, and other data you upload to the platform for the generation of AI social media content.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., generating your automated social media content).

AI Processing: Your Content Data is processed via third-party artificial intelligence providers (Google Gemini and Replicate) to deliver our core services. We have verified that these enterprise providers do not use your private API submissions to train their foundational models.

- Payment Processors: Stripe, for the purpose of processing your pay-as-you-go credits.
- Cloud Storage: Cloudinary and similar providers for the secure hosting of your uploaded brand assets and generated visuals.
- AI Infrastructure: Google Gemini and Replicate APIs to facilitate image and text generation based strictly on your prompts and settings.
- Legal Entities: Where required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
